Topping the news in the Tribune this week is a much anticipated report from the City Council that calls for the return of the legacy uses at the Fairground – that is, the RV park, the racetrack and the golf course. The council is also looking to allow food trucks in some parts of town. And, six baby Nigerian Dwarf goats have been added to the animal farm at Old Faithful Geyser.
