This week the Calistoga Tribune announces the revival of the Halloween Parade by city officials after the official sponsor announced the event would not be held this year. We also covered an ill advised dense fog warning that woke up about 1,000 Napa County residents early Sunday morning. And, we report that the City Council has agreed to pay a $16,000 rental fee to the state for a one-year rent on the three outdoor dining spaces, known as parklets, on Lincoln Avenue, which is also a state highway.
