This week in the Tribune, we report that a CHP investigation into the July 29 accident involving a Calistoga Police Sgt. and pedestrian has concluded. CHP has not released findings from its investigation, but city officials said this week that neither a primary collision factor nor evidence the officer committed violation was found.
