This week the Tribune covers a key development in the decades-long effort by the city  to acquire the Napa County Fairgrounds. The county supervisors approved the $2 million deal. We also feature the work by the town’s main grocery store, Cal Mart, to reduce waste and come into compliance with the city’s new recycling ordinance. Finally, the local school district board of trustees approved moving forward on a plan to build work force housing on district property on the north side of town.
