This week’s Tribune updates the pending deal between the city and county over the sale of the Fairgrounds. We also note the massive effort to remove dirt and debris from a city lot behind the baseball field on Washington Street to make room for the coming emergency power plant. And, the much anticipated occupancy of the low-income Lincoln Apartments will be delayed again, maybe until summer.
