This week in the Tribune: Finally! The deal gets done to buy the Fairgrounds. We also celebrate the coming Valentine’s Day by visiting some downtown shops that are busy ahead of the occasion. And, there’s going to be a demolition ceremony next week as work begins on replacing a wing of old classrooms at Calistoga High with a new $13.9 million technology building.
