This week in the Tribune: The City Council rejects the mayor’s efforts to replace virtually all incumbents from town committees and commissions. The council also moved to increase pay for future members from $2,400 to $11,400 annually. We also have a great feature on the only Christmas tree farm close to Calistoga.
