Calistoga Fourth of July Parade and Star Spangled Social

This year the Calistoga Fourth of July Parade will take place on Friday, July 4, at 11 a.m. along Lincoln Avenue. The theme is ‘American Dream.’

Cheer on the floats, dancers, horses, and more as they travel along the parade route showcasing their creativity and patriotic spirit. Entries for the parade will line up on Cedar Street, proceed down Lincoln Avenue, and turn onto Fair Way, ending at N. Oak Street.

Following the parade, the Star Spangled Social will take place at the Calistoga Fairgrounds from 1 to 10 p.m. The family-friendly event will include a maker’s market, local food vendors, bounce houses, a climbing wall, a mechanical bull and carnival-style games.

Alexander Smirnoff will emcee, magician Dr. Joe Culpepper will perform, and band Marshall House Project will take the stage at 8 p.m. The evening’s grand finale, a laser light show by ESL Lasers, will begin at dusk. Bring a blanket and chairs to enjoy the show.

Tickets and wristbands will be sold for the bounce houses and carnival games. Proceeds from games benefit the organizations running each station.

The annual parade and social are hosted by local nonprofit Celebrate! Napa Valley. For more information about the events, visit: www.celebratenapavalley.org/.
