This week in the Tribune: A second accusation against City Manager Laura Snideman charges she is overseeing a hostile work environment at City Hall. This one comes from the resignation letter from Planning Director Jeff Mitchem. Meanwhile, the city’s employee’s union has asked that the mayor and vice mayor step away from the investigation into Snideman’s conduct as a result of their sending a letter supporting her to the Tribune last month.
